My phone lost signal during a shift. Is it safe?
The short answer
Yes. A running shift lives on your phone, so it keeps going without signal. If you start or end a shift offline, it’s saved on the phone and sent when you’re back online.
While you’re offline, a red line at the top says Offline — saves sync when you reconnect. Saved changes say Saved on this device — will sync when you’re back online.
Keep the app installed and stay signed in until they’ve gone. WorthMile won’t let you sign out while changes are still waiting.
