Delete your account

1. Open WorthMile and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Tap your name (or Your account) at the top of Settings.
4. Under Data & Privacy, tap Show.
5. Tap Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Any active subscription is cancelled first. There is no undo.

Email privacy@worthmile.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. If you no longer have that address, tell us what it was and we will verify it is yours first. We delete the account and reply to confirm within 20 working days.

Your login, profile, shifts, earnings, expenses, receipts, fuel records, vehicle, logbook periods, GPS history and device tokens.

• Payment records — seven years, because the law requires it. Stripe also keeps its own copy.
• Routine backups — until they are overwritten on their normal cycle. They are never used to restore a deleted account.
• Emails you sent us — two years after the matter is closed.

• A shift: open it, then Delete shift.
• A fill-up or an expense: tap Delete on its row.
• Everything at once: Reset App Data, in the same Data & Privacy section. Your login and subscription are kept.
